Returns Policy

If your product arrives to you broken or doesn't meet your expectation in quality, you may return und or exchange. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds will be issued immediately once we receive the product back or if a picture is sent to us of the broken piece(s). If you need to return an item, simply call us at 954-839-5335.

Shipping

At this time we are only shipping within the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping as closely as possible. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. If shipping turns out to be less than the amount that was charged at the time of your order we will refund the difference since we do not mark up shipping cost. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page and does include boxing and packaging.
